About two nights ago (Tuesday, 22 January 2013) my wife and I decided to grab a quick bite at the Mcdonalds Bruma 24 hours branch, and to our dissatisfaction received quiet apolling service.
My wife being nine months pregnant urgently required the bathroom this was about 22:20 pm.
We knocked on the door and politely requested that she use the bathroom, we were then informed that they were closed. I then begged the staff to the point of bringing my pregnant wife to the door to show that she was indeed pregnant. Not one staff member had compassion or empathy in this regard. We are reguarly customers at this branch and it is sad that money has blinded peoples love for others. I asked if I could speak to a manager but was ignored, It would be differcult to imagine what would 've happened if we were attacked outside or my wife in labour.
I searched for a contact number but found none, It is with great regret that I shall no longer be a customer at this branch due to the poor service received., I hope after this incident that others will not experience the same kind of encounter, for this has put a very dark image on Mcdonalds Bruma.
