The consultant went out of her way to help me in an attempt to deposit funds into an overseas account. It was a busy end of month and Easter weekend Saturday but she persisted for over an hour in getting me the information I needed. That I wasn't able to do the transaction was due to both her and me being given the wrong information by FNB's Call Centre. This is not the first time I have found local branch staff to be far more informed and helpful than head office/call centres, etc.
