I am sure there is something in the act that can help me.

i have been told it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get my cards in the post. i have paid for this service and i am not getting anything

i dont want this service anymore, i have paid for almost 3 months for absolutly nothing, i am still waiting for my card in the post.

i demand this account be stopped or consumer protection act will come up, i am not getting what you promised.
