Still waiting for a response

I received notification of parcel delivery (2 separate parcels) via electronic post on Thursday 31 October 2013 at 21h51. Unfortunately I was out of town and not contactable by email. Due to the fact that a family crisis developed on Friday and the only person available at home to receive parcels, etc., had to leave to deal with the crisis, therefore nobody was at home to receive the parcels. Friday evening my son found one parcel on the front porch. I returned on Sunday. On Monday 04 November 2013 I tried to contact FedEx three times but each time it went to voice mail. I complied with their voice mail request and send my cell number. I am still waiting for their call. I then contacted [URL Removed] at 10h37. The agent promised to investigate and call me back. At 16h26 I contacted [URL Removed] once more, and once more I was notified that they will call me back. I am still waiting. I tried to get information from FedEx website but currently their is only an error message on that website. I am really upset with the situation because I am a regular customer of Kalahari and how can FedEx leave parcels on a front porch? I do hope that this situation gets resolved.
