Not bothering to call back

I bought a brand new car in May last year and it is being financed through MFC. As I bank with FNB I wanted to see if it was possible to change banks. On Thursday 4th April I phoned your Motor Vehicle Finance company on the number provided on your website and was told that I need to be put through to Private Finace/ I am not sure which department. They promised me that somebody would contact me on the Thursday. NOBODY PHONED.
On Friday I called again and was given some feeble excuse that everybody was in a meeting, your call screener again told me that somebody would get back to me. NOBODY PHONED.

As a customer of FNB it really doesn't look like you want my business, I have been a client of FNB for a very long time and I feel that I might have no other choice but to close my account and go elsewhere.
