Firstly my account was not credited on the correct date with my personal loan. Reasons unknown. Then my account gets credited on the 4th without any prior notice that this was going to happen. Then they over credit my account and charge a R90 hon fee because of it. 3 days later they credit my account again for the personal loan. I have never missed a payment. When I went for a enquiry for a loan top up, i was declined although i earn exactly the same as when i first took out the loan. I will be leaving nedbank for FNB because of bad service and expensive bank charges with no perks and cancelling my policies i have with Nedbank.
