I am extremely unhappy with the service that I am getting from Mi Way, my vehicle has been in an accident on the 6th of April and it is now 16 April and I have no idea on when my vehicle is going to be repaired. Every time I call the call centre to find out what is going on, I am told that they are busy with the claim. How long does this take?
They have adverts out on how fast they deal with claims but here I am 10 days later with no answers.
