Outsurance just does not care

Ive reported a month ago here on Helo Peter that I get poor response from Outsurance. My car is still not sorted out. My car is standing at Diahatsu Eastrand Mall now for the past 4 months. I lost my keys and Outsurance recommended me to take my car to that dealer. they cannot fixe my car seeing that they cannot code the keys.l The last time I heard from diahatsu was when the customer care consultant told me that was two weeks back that they are waiting for a scanning tool. Im getting frustrated seeing that I need my car urgently..

When I phone the dealer or workshop they put me on hold or they are unavailable. I dont even know whether my car is still there and save. Seeing that Im now living in cape Town.

Im getting really worried about my car now and Im just wondering whether they would be able fto fix my car or whether theyve just forgotten about my car. Last time diahtsu phoned me to ask me where the battery was. We did not take the battery out of the car. The battery mysteriously appeared. its going in for 5 months now. Outsurance does not come back to me. Theyve payed the dealer R13800 to fix the car but its still not fixed.
