Waiting two weeks for response

Hi. I lost my car keys to my diahatshu. Outsurance arranged for my car to be towed to the Diahatshu Dealer in the east Rand near the East Rand Mall. Outsurance payed their R12ooo and I payed R1500. In all I gave the! 3800 to get my keys sorted out. The car went in in October. Late in December the part came. Unfortunately the dealer could not code the keys because their software did not correspond with the cars The first week in January 2013 the lady from the car workshop phoned and said they could do nothing more for me. I must come and collect my car and take it somewhere else to be fixed. I phoned Outsurance so many times i am tired of phoning and explaining my story to every body. I literaly phoned 10 times and spoke to so many agents but to no avail. Every time they say they will come back to me. Its been 2 weeks no. I do not know where to turn. I do not know what to do. In the mean time due to work I moved to Cape Town. My husband is in Secunda. He needs the car desperately for work purposes. In the first place Outsurance aranged for my car to be taken to that specific dealer. In the meantime Im paying the insurance and I have car hire but they say i cannot use it. Please help!!
