INCOMPENT PEOPLE AT HOMELOANS

Incompent in handling my home loans application. i applied for an further loan ofm a million rands was granted, registered in my name. I INSTRUCTED THE ATTORNEY TO LEAVE MONEY IN MY HOME LOAN ACCOUNT AND WHEN I REQUIRE TO USE IT I WILL ACCESS THROUGH ACCESS BOND FACILITY. WHEN NEED TO USE THE FUNDS I WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. I BEEN WITH STANDARD BAND FOR THE PAST 323 YEARS AND VERY DIISSAPPOINTED WITH THERE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT PHONE AND CORRESPOND WITH YOU AABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR PROBLEM. I EVENWENT TO SIMMONDS STREET TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND STILL HAVENT RECEIIVED ANY FEEDBACK ON MY PROBLEM. MY NOT HOPE IS TO TAKE THIS MATTER WITH THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN OR BANKING COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA.
