Wonga! What happened?

I was without a job for 6 months, when I started at a new job Wonga came to my rescue quite a few times! I was over the moon with their speedy services and cash assistance! If it was'nt for Wonga I would not have petrol to get to my job, clients etc! Due to unemployment I am behind with account and I am battling to come up to date with them for the intrest killing me! The previous weekend on Sunday 31st of March Wonga let me know that they willl debit my account on Tuesday End of April 2013 due to the long weekend I was fine with it, Tuesday I received another sms saying thank you they have collected the money always) I went unto their site to check my status and here come the disapointment! Wonga's site claims when I login that I have not paid the amount as arranged on Sunday 31 March 2013B BUT I have proof after I phoned my bank that Wonga Financial Services has collected the monies at ABSA in Cape Town! BuT.after 2 emasils to their customer email address and 1 email to collections no one responded by explaining why my status is still in owe to Wonga!!! Not TRUE!
