Excellent service!

I called 1 Life Direct and spoke to a gentleman named Tefo Mohale, to make changes to my existing policy. After a few minutes our call got cut off and he went as far as phoning me back to complete the changes. I thought that was very thoughtful and friendly of him, as it was not for a sale but only to make changes.
