Pathetic, the customer pays for it

I was under debt review, and it ended in January 2010, and I have notified FNB thereof by sending them my certificate of debt review termination. When I went there to open my cheque account, I was astounded that my name was still under debt review with them. This is truly a very costly error by them, as my credit record is broken because of this. Unless something drastically is done very soon, me, together with all my clients (I'm a financial adviser and accountant) will be moving to another bank.
