It's been a week and I am still waiting for the approval of my clutch to be replaced. They have not given any response to the dealer after the claim was submitted.
Honestly, even with my previous issues with them, I can safely say that THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE INSURING. Nearing the end of my 2 year plan I have had with them, they are doing everything in their power to delay the approval process.
the sheer incompetence of SA Warranties revolts me.
Please, just give me the service I pay for.
