And they ask how can they help you

I took a temp loan from fnb and i excpected for it to be repaid on my next payday, 3 days after taking the loan i get a cash deposit on my account and they debit my money which is meant for something else and they tell me i wont get my funds back. their consultant Lucia "apparently spoke to Diveshen" and they conluded that i wont get the refund, the department manager "Jay" was conveniently on lunch. Lucia tells me to go ahead and log and complaint and she gives me a number "0875778543" which rings then promts you to leave a message.

I dont see how FNB is helping me in this manner.
