HEY FNB, i just got offthe phone to your short term loans manager DIVESHAN - > infuriating!
i took a temp loan last week to help pay off my debit orders, knowing i would be short at the beginning of the month (it said payable by the 20th or something), but as soon as other money came in you took it to repay the loan (which i am now informed is hidden somewhere deep in the contract)
i asked to have the repayments reversed so that i could pay it back when my debit orders wre done (even next week would have been fine) BUT i was told by DIVESHAN that i should just wait 2 days and apply for another loan!!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
this is not the type of service i expect from an award winning bank
FNB you have made me very very upset
and DIVESHAN you you didn't care when i got cross on the phone, THAT is unacceptable form a service manager, you should ALWAYS try to help!!
