No Courtesy to inform about Debit Orde

I had taken a loan with FNB and have been paying religiously every month until I lost my job. Then, I called them OUT OF COURTESY, because I know it is my responsibility to pay this acc to give them the new date when my salary would be paid into my acc so that they could resume payments. In March my debit order has been deducted off my acc, like it always has been, but then an additional amount of R574.00 was deducted without notification or warning. I wouldn't have had a problem if they had to call me to tell me they were going to debit my acc, BECAUSE THEN I WOULD HAVE MADE PROVISION FOR IT as I am not running away from them or from paying this acc, because I approached them in the past to re-instate payments. I now have no transport money to come to work and if I don't go to work i unfortunaely cannot pay FNB. If they had the decency to notify me about this I could have put this in my budget and I would have aid the R574 with a smile!
