I didnt receive a good service from absa

Absa bank charges on my cheque account there are charges that occurred in my account that i needed clearity on then i called there call centre they couldn't give me a straight answer i called in for more that 5times being transferred and being given wrong explanations, i need a manager to get back to me as i am thinking of paying off what i owe to them and close the account.regards Trotric Mabuso ID:9003205937084 Cellphone:0744796691
