I submitted a claim last week Wednesday. I spoke to a lady by the name of Molly. She provided me with a reference number (445352) land line number (011 990 0268). I have tried calling this number everyday for the past 3 days and no answer at all??? The accessor was out last Thurday and informed me that in 2 business days the consultant I dealt with would get back to me. It is now 4 business days and I have no feedback from Miway at all. I called in now. I held on for 15 minutes only to be transferred all over the show with know one that could assist me. At the end an agent just cut the call. This service is so pathetic. I pay my instalment every month with no issues and have never claimed not once. Now that I do I get this kind of service???
