Billing and lack of assistance from call cente

I made a personal loan in 2011 and on the agreementit stated that a debit order will be made on the 25th (paydate) of every month. On 15/03/13 I recieved an sms from Nedbank saying they will make a debit order on the 22nd, on the 18th or 19th I contacted the call cntr to infrom my paydate hasn"t changed. Unathi (ref: 8273726) told me she has escalated the matter to accounts for the date to stay the same. On the 22nd I recieved an in contact msg saying Nedbank made a debit, I called the call cntr again because the money that was in my acc was for a deposit for a flat on the 23rd. Christopher (ref: 8289420) assured me that the debit will be returned so I can pay my flat deposit and will log my call as URGENT and will be returned in time (09h00) for me to make it to the bank. On the 23rd at 10h23 the money wasn't in, so I called the call centre again to ask what going because banks were going to close soon. The call centre agent (Shehaan 8297719) she said she took my complaint personally to billing. She put me on hold for 17min 11sec and still my problem wasn't solved. I told her my airtime was finishing and she still put me on hold and did bother to call back and I DON'T HAVE A FLAT!
