The short term insurance section closed down. No response to my repeated requests for a backup vehicle as per my policy while my vehicle is in for repairs. Unable to contact them and they ignore my repeated e-mail requests for assistance. Even my details given to the claims assessor were incorrect with the result that the assessor had great difficulty contacting me. As of today (4 April 2013) FNB have failed to contact me regarding a replacement vehicle. This shocking lack of customer service reflects very badly on FNB, Even prior to lodging my claim I had no end of difficulty getting them to correct my policy. Now that the short term insurance has closed down, I as a customer have been left hanging without any recourse for the open claim on my vehicle.
