DAMP WALL complaint still no feedback!!!

And eventually on Tuesday midday a guy called from the bank to say he is assessing my claim when i asked when i will receive feedback he said on Thursday guess what business hours for today has closed and i still didnt get the feedback i was promised i am livid to say the least what pathetic service is this??? but just try and owe them and they will call you on the hour to remind you how you need to pay!!! pathetic
