SHOCKING SERVICE FROM FNB HOMELOANS

Trying to access available funds from a Home Loan account, doc's requested were submitted 18/03/2013.All I am getting is the run around. Took 5 working days for FNB to "capture on system". Todate nothing has processed. All paperwork requested was provided 3 times! Emails are sent requesting docs that are attached to the intial email! How ridiculous...
Only to receive an email from the Fairlands office to state" I have to justify my salary payslip" "it is not acceptable", staff cannot read company name & business units! Absolutely shocking. Strange how my payslip was accepted when I applied for a Bond with FNB - no "justification & explanations" necessary then. Furthermore, details they asking & referring to do not even relate to me at all. No substantial feedback or courtesy is afforded. When I ask for feedback on where this information is coming from, I'm sent the same email again. As a Platinum account holder with FNB I am not impressed at all! The integration & need to justify a salary when a payslip is sent with bank statements is pathetic & unacceptable.
Will be closing this account, and moving back to Standard Bank.
"FNB How can we help you" Clearly you cant! JOKE
