Confused, no idea whats happening

I recently opened a new FNB account.

I was requested the following.
Copy of ID
Payslip

I requested a cheque account and a credit account.
I received no feedback if the [Email Removed] actually received my information and that everything was in order or if they still need something else.

The change of debit forms did not accept my CSV file so i had to manually enter this information.
I received very little information regarding this, so i manually requested from all my service providers to deduct from my new FNB account. I also notified my employer to deposit my salary into my new Account.

According to the promises FNB will do all this for you? But that was not the case. I had to manually do everything.

Also, i applied for a smart device, which was telephonically stated its been approved. Call reference 13203-072646079.

But just received a call that its been declined.
I am confused as to whats busy happening, and i am really not impressed with the service.

I have no idea if FNB received a copy of my ID and payslip as they requested. I know my card is on its way, but i was also notified that my account has been placed on hold.
