First National Bank
I do not want to talk to machines

I NEVER had a problem contacting my broker. Now he sits in a very expensive office my fees have to pay for. Now I cannot speak to him without endless options and if he is not at his desk, the switchboard does not even come back to me. It is just funny electronic voices.

If that is where FNB is going, I am not going with.
