Damaged desk

I purcahsed a desk from you and informed you on the 27th of February that the desk is peeling. You confirmed that you will send your workers out to paint the desk. To date no one has attended to the desk. I have tried contacting you, but you refuse to take my calls and have not returned my calls either. This is really poor customer service.
