MFC incapable of updating ITC

I traded my old car in to a dealership in March 2013, the dealership settled my car with MFC and I simultaneously took out new financing for my new car, also with MFC. In April/May I checked my ITC report to make sure that everything was fine as I do periodically. MFC had not updated my ITC record and it reflected that I had two car finance accounts. I've been trying to get this sorted out with them since then and all I get is "this query has been escalated to our complaints department & will advise as soon as it has been done", then I wait and check my ITC and nothing has changed, then I email them again and get the same response - over and over again the same cycle. The last time I asked them why it's so difficult for them to get this one little thing done and I get an email with a letter to confirm that my old car was paid up which I can use to sort out my ITC report myself. I told them they had to do it and again "Your query has been escalated". I just checked my report again and still nothing. MFC [Email Removed] never gets back. Now I had to lodge a dispute with ITC to get it cleared and I can't do anything credit related for 21 days. Why do I have to suffer for this?
