I pay my premiums annually for my policy that I hold with you, this is the third time now that you have gone and debited a monthly premium from my account and I now have to wait in queues to get this resolved. do you REALLY think i have time for this sort of thing? why are you debiting my account if my policy is in a credit status in the first place? Rokshana from your credit control department confirmed that this has been resolved and that this will not occur again, low and behold you go and debit my account again. I've since spoken to Damian and Vaan from your call centre and still no luck. this is appaling to say the least.
