Incompetent to process a debit orde

Discovery contacted me on 08/03/2013 regarding debit order that was processed on another person's bank account for my policy, this after my broker supplied them with a copy of my bank statement. Damian sent me a form to complete to change the account details, which was sent back immediately with autorisation to process the debit order on my acocunt together with another copy of my bank statement confirming the correct account nr. Then in 05/2013 I receive a message that my policy is 90 days in arrears. I contacted the call centre on 06/06/2013 and spoke to Shona and gave her the correct bank details for the 3rd time as well as authorisation to deduct 1.5 premiums over the 2 months to bring the policy up to date again. 18/07/2013 Discovery cancelled my policy because it was still in arrears. I have spoken to Thuli on 05/08/2013, Audrey on 12/08/2013, Mandy on 19/08/2013 and Lali on 21/08/2013, after it was referred to a Ryan person, Thuli's Manager when I spoke to her. All have promised to get back to me and still nothing. Totally incompetent company with empty promises!
