BRILLIANT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM COMPANY AND STAFF

I would like to express my happiness and great service received from Virgin Money Insurance and Telesure Group Services and their staff especially Pieter Grobler. A HUGE thanks goes out to you!!!
We are new in the adult world and after coming home from the long weekend we found they broke into our home and our goods. When I phoned Virgin Money Tuesday morning, I spoke to a very friendly lady Natasha that helped me through the whole process, being my first time I had to claim, I didn't have a clue even where to start. Wednesday morning Pieter Grobler arrived at our home to evaluate the loss we suffered. He helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING!! He said he will inform us once he they have came to a conclusion which may take up to 4 working days. When Pieter left that morning, all hope was gone. Later that same afternoon he phoned me with the best news ever, that Virgin Money will pay us for our loss!! Thanks to Pieter and his hard work we are now able to replace our most valuable goods. Thursday morning, the money was already paid into my account. The whole process from where I submitted the claim up to where they paid the money into my account, took less than 24 hours.
