Removing Cell number off someone else's account

I have spoken to over 8 people over the last month and a half, and it seems my problem falls on deaf ears as every person up to date has promised they will make sure it gets done.

For over a month now i have been receiving sms notifications for another persons accounts, i do not have an FNB account and grateful for that as this poor person has no idea that a complete stranger is receiving their account activities. The thing that makes it so irritating is this person does not just have one account so i receive everything from payments going in or out of the credit card, savings account, card collection ect. at ridiculous times. If they go out drinking and leave the place at 03h00 in the morning i get the text that they have paid. I do not want to know what someone else is doing with their money!!!

Your advertising is amazing but what does it help that you get so many clients if you cant even get the basics right... I'm so glad this happened to me before i moved to FNB as now ill stay right where i am.

Its disgraceful that one has to go this far to get someone to just do their job. What is this world coming to.
