Switch to FNB? I think NOT!

A month ago, I applied for an FNB cheque account. Although the online service advises you that someone will call you back, no one ever did but i did receive an sms asking me to call them. I spoke to a lady who processed all my info and within a week received an sms to collect my card. First Drama-I asked to pick the card from the Natal branch as it was closest to me & the only one i knew off. I got to the bank in my 1/2hr hour break, followed the queue to the front only to be sent to another bank further up the road. I was met my a consultant as i walked in, explained i had a new acc & was there for my card. I was sent to Collections where i waited 45min before being told, "Sorry Mam, u must go follow the super long queue for a consultant" I WAS OFF! I got back to work and called the call centre. I spoke to Funeka who assured me that she would arrange for my stuff to be delivered due to the inconvenience. Nothing has transpired since then!
as a new client i was pushed from pillar to post because I really made a bad choice to switch to FNB!!!
Very BAD SERVICE!
