Previous Complaint reference 241611. This is the third time i am raising this. Both times i have had feedback from FNB saying that this will be raised to Core Banking. This is pathetic and i am quite sure that this is unfair banking practice as FNB will not give me my settlement balance. Please do not copy and paste your standard Hellopeter reply and please either give me the settlement balance and payment details or please contact me and provide these details as it is clear that your Core Banking Dept does not want to assist. I would also like a timelime of when i can expect everything.
