I called Finrite a month ago, spoke to a consultant named Vuyisa. i told him the nature of my enquiry. which was to let him know that i have been billed double for the cellphone insurance which was suppose to be cancelled in 2010. He said to me i need to send him all the statements from 2010, As proof of the double charge, He told me after they've recieved the statements the reversals will be made in 48hours. I sent him the statements from 2010 to date. Sent the statements to [Email Removed] Its been a month and Vuyisa hasnt gotten back to me on whether he recived my statments or not, im guessing he did. Because the email didnt bounce back. Ive called thier call centre numerous times on 0860100531. and ive held on for more than 30 minutes (im not kidding) and there was no answer. Than i decided to go to Edgars store, because its my Edgars account that has been charged and debited, and i told them the story they gave me an email address of a Team leader for Finrite at the claims department. and im sad to say the email they gave me was incorrect. it bounced back.
i need feedback and i need it ASAP. there was never delays in taking my money. there sholdnt be giving it bac
