A month ago I had an accident, a guy bumped me from my behind at the robot K90 square. I was waiting for the robot to be green and was the last car at the back, i just heard the noise of the car trying to control his breaks and he bumped me. Police arrive within few minutes even breakdown people (they park opposite) His insurance (OUTSURANCE) called me few days after the accident, gave them all the details that they required, took the car for assessment like they said then after 2 weeks they told me that they will NOT pay out for the damages in my car because their client said he was in a situation where he will rather bump me from behind then bumping a taxi. So I took it up with their client and their client said they said they will contact me and sort me out, still even today no one is sorting me out. They keep sending me sms to contact them but if I contact them Deborah rudely tell me that ooo no they did not send me sms. Outsurance is such a big company but they do not want to pay.
