I have submitted a claim against your client, and my claim was refused yet your client drove into me from behind at a robot while i was standing still.
it was a collision, 3rd car bumped into 2nd car (outsurance client) who then bumped into my car. Claim was refused.
What I don't get that is, if anybody for whatever reason bump into somebody from behind, they at fault. Your client should have kept a safe following distance and should have had time to break in time, but this did not happen.
I will be taking this further and submit to Ombudsman.
