Lets just get straight to the point! I was bumped by another car and went to get qoutations done which amounts to R8000. Now outsurance wants to pay me R3500 from the person that bumped me then i must claim from my own outsurance account for the rest of the amount. Why should i, i didnt cause the accident. Im so fuming right now, you are a bunch of money stealers. quick to take the debit order but when something happens u dont want to pay out. I want my car fixed and i wont pay anything in cause i did not cause it. This is the last im taking from outsurance. I will be cancelling with you. this seriously. U are the worst insurance company ever... my friend never have problems with there claims and its done so fast. Its already 2 weeks since the accident. Your service is pathetic!
