I took out a policy by Sanlam that covers "Death", "Disabillity" & "Disabillity for regular occupation". When the doctor bording me due to me being unfit for work, I informed Sanlam so that the policy must pay out. They required documentation from the Specialist & mine doctor & HR of my company, which was completed & sent to them. When due date came to inform us of what is happening, they wanted more documetation, which was then also handed to them. They then said the "Met die beskikbare inligting voldoen Mnr Hartzenberg nie tans aan die kontraktuele definisie wat vereis dat hy totaal, permanent en ononderbroke ongeskik moet wees vir die redes soos gemeld in my vorige epos. Totdat die voorgestelde optimale behandeling nog nie afgehandel is nie kan die ongeskiktheidseis nie gunstig oorweeg word nie." Then I saw they didn't read the letters of the Dr. Marais that stipulates that he is unfit to work on the mine & that it stipulates that the DMR's standards also confirm that he is not fit for work in or on an mining environment. I have all letters if needed. What do I do now???
