I reported a on my security electronic gate on the 19 march 2013 with Pumi for a claim. A unfriendly assessor rocked up that same evening unannouced. couple of days later when my husband enquired re the claim he was told the assessor reported bugs in the box. i reported a what has that got to do with bug in the outside box really!!! 3 weeks later my husband contracted Pumi again yesterday to hear the claim was not even looked at yet because she went on leave. For Pete sake, this gate is a major part of my home security and really i just had it with ABSA. what is the use you have insurance but time of claim they mess you around like this. I need that gate fixed asap or will take this matter further. i also want a more friendlier assosser not someone with attitude as i pay for the service.
