In 2010 l took a loan from Std Bank for R12000, my repayment on that amount was R425. In 2011 l went to the Mitchells Plain branch and they topped up the loan with R18000, but the lady at that branch never increased the premuim, so it stayed R425, which was debited from my bank account every month. They had access to my account all the time. In last year l applied for a loan but was declined due to a bad credit score. I then pulled a report from transunion which showed that l was in arrears with my loan for 30 days. Upon phoning the call centre they informed that they don't know what happened, but the payment l paid never even covered the interest and no one could tell me why l was never informed, but l must go in to the branch. I did do that and they lodged a complaint. A few days after that l received an e-mail from Mpho Kumalo stating that they apoligise and that my credit record would be rectified within 48 hours. To date is has not been done and it now shows now l am 60 days behind. I even increase my payment to R800 to start and cover the interest. I am also in the financial business and this counts against me in all aspects. This is not my 1st run in with them. How can l fix this asap
