Wrong debiting date

Firstly I want to say that this incident has happened before and i did go to Capitec to correct it, I was then told that the misunderstanding/problem has been resolved but now it seems that it still has not been delt with as I recieved a letter in the mail stating that my debit order has bounced.
I'm UTTERLY DISPLEASED as this is causing a bad credit record to my name as pointed out in the letter recieced from ABSA.

I made it clear that i only recieve my salary on the last day of the month and was told that the debit order will not go off before the payment date. Also in the repayment agreement it states that it will be debited on the 2nd last day which should have been on Monday 30th December 2013 but was then debited on the Friday 27th December 2013. Despite this I arranged for the debit date to be the last day of the month.
So not only are they in breach of the repayment agreements but are also reluctant with regards to the customer/my requirements (making the debit for the last day of the month as arranged).
