Worst service eve

I have asked for a new card on the 19th of February 2013. I have send mail after mail after mail... I have received no feedback as to why they do not issue me with my new card. (I got my card from FNB within two days). It has been six weeks - and i still havent heard a word from anyone. This is pathetic.
