Could not withdraw money

I went to witdraw money on easter friday the nexthin i cannot access my money dies to proof of residense and i did update those details in the newton park branch but all along they just waisted my time and two mnths down the line i had to do it all again on a long weekend when everone was enjoying themselves i had to stand in the long ques but thanks to Lazola she calmned me down and told me all the documents she needed and apologised on behalf of newton park absa branch..if i will ever trust them again
