I had to wait in line for 30 mins this morning to collect a parcel from Newton Park branch and all this with no aircon. As always there are only 2 consultants available despite the queue almost being out of the door. What the Post Office fail to realise with this branch is that Newton Park was a residential suburb but is now a thriving business district and businesses need to be able to conduct their business with the help of the SAPO - you have got to address the situation by getting more staff there and get the aircon fixed, The poor lady serving me this morning was very uncomfortable with the heat but trying to keep a smile on her face even though she was having to work in very unsatisfactory conditions
