I bought a stand on cash and the owner was insolvent. Newton Attorneys were handling the transfer and refund of this property. I have been battling to get a refund from Newton that was supposed to happen in February till today. The bank says the money should have been paid already. No one at newton is taking responsibility. Newton then wanted to pay the money in halves "I don't understand why" I gave them cash. The EFT they are promising is not materialising and I'm loosing my mind.
