I had an accident on Thursday (28-03-2013). My car was booked in at 9am at the smd yard. My assessment report was only sent to me TODAY at 10am (03-04-2013). Furthermore, when i took out my policy with outsurance, I took it out on retail value NOW im been told that its market value. I would like the call, that i had with the initial specific sales person to be played back to me. This is just bad/pathetic service. when I called in yesterday (02-04-2013) to speak to a claims consultant i get told"i sit in a cubicle and i don't know whats going on". i THOUGH THAT OUTSURANCE IS ALL ABOUT SERVICE. BUT CLEARLY THEY ARE'NT.
