Outsurance is poor for 2013

My wife had an accident on the 12th Aug 2013 and on the 19th I called Outsurance (Gerard Greyling) to add car hire. I told the consultant that the car is being booked in on the 10th Sept would we able to get car hire and he said yes as the premium will off with the increase for car hire (R180 more on the premium) on the 1st Sept 2013.Today the 3rd Sept I called Outsu to enquire about the car hire and spoke to a very abrupt claims consultant who treated me like a and said you dont have car hire and I should go back to admin and cut me off (Thx Outs). I then called back and spoke to a Dina who politely told me that there is no car hire as the incident happened before I added car hire. I told her what I was advised and she referred the matter up the line and said it takes 48 hour to get feedback. Nice sales pitch Outsu R180 more and no delivery on what was said.

In July 2013 I called Outsu to review my policy as I got a quote from Disc Ins and was rudely told to refer to Hellopeter and the call was dropped. Nice one.
