I was debited for Insurance that was not authorised on the first of march, i then called and was told that i should have received a letter then a phone call to say that i was supposed to send through proof of my insurance, which i did not. after i had an argument with the agent that handled my call i sent through the proof of insurance and was told i would be refunded.
to date i have still not been refunded and then the audacity to be billed again!
Who the do they think they are putting through insurance that is not approved by a customer.
The way i see it, if its not approved its!
