One year later - car still not fully repaired

I am not going to type my whole story again, I complained on hello peter in January, Budget contacted me and I was promised that everything would be sorted out. Its now April, and to this day, my "case manager" still hasn't contacted me again. Doesn't even call me back when I leave a message for him to call me...
So more and more paint peels off of my "new" bumber, I still drive around with a broken grill from my accident one year ago... and Budget & A&N Panel beaters gets away with giving people disgusting service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER OF THEM TO ANYONE
