I called Marlin yesterday in a flat panic. A debt collector from one of my credit providers called me at work, and without listening to me or giving me a chance to advise of my debt review, I was threatened and told to wait at work for a man that was coming to collect the outstanding money from me. Things got heated, to the point that I told him I'm going to the police, only for him to say I'm a and he'll put me behind bars. Needless to say, I was quite scared and Marlin was so super-efficient and extremely helpful. Please extend my sincere thanks to him! I am so appreciative of his actions. He sent through the confirmation of my debt review again to the person who it was originally sent to.
